2.3 Free Trial

3. Exceptions

Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have different refund terms as specified in their Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Order Form. In case of any conflict between this Policy and an enterprise customer's contract, the terms of the contract will prevail.
4. Subscription Cancellations
4.1 Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

4.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period

- Any unused data enrichment credits or API calls will be forfeited

4.3 Downgrading Subscriptions
If you downgrade your subscription plan:

- No partial refund will be issued for the difference in plan pricing for the current billing period

6.1 Credit Expiration
Data enrichment credits and API call allocations:
- Do not roll over to subsequent billing periods if unused, unless your specific plan explicitly states that credits roll over
- Even if your plan includes rollover credits, we reserve the right to change, modify, or eliminate this feature at any time for any reason without prior notice
- Cannot be transferred to other accounts
- Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Are forfeited upon subscription cancellation or expiration
6.2 Plan Changes
All plan features, including but not limited to rollover credits, pricing, usage limits, and other benefits:
- Are subject to change at any time for any reason without prior notice
- May be modified, restricted, or eliminated at our sole discretion
- Will take effect immediately upon implementation unless otherwise specified
6.3 Overage Charges
If you exceed your plan's allocated data enrichment credits or API calls:
- Overage charges will apply according to the rates specified in your plan
- These charges are non-refundable
- You may upgrade your plan at any time to avoid overage charges
- Overage rates may change at any time without prior notice
7. Promotional Offers and Discounts
7.1 Promotional Credits
Any promotional credits, discounts, or special offers:
- Are subject to the specific terms and conditions of that promotion
