International Use Notice

1. United States Company

Lead Magic Corporation is organized in the United States. Our Services are controlled and operated from the United States, and our principal business operations, support, billing, and legal administration are based in the United States.

2. No Representation of Local Availability

We do not represent that the Services, data, features, documentation, pricing, payment methods, support, or outputs are appropriate, available, lawful, or permitted in every country or region. Accessing or using the Services from a location where the Services or outputs are unlawful is prohibited.

3. Customer Local-Law Responsibility

If you access or use the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with all local laws that apply to you, your organization, your users, your data, your campaigns, your imports and exports, your use of LeadMagic outputs, and your communications with prospects or customers.

This includes, where applicable, privacy, data protection, direct marketing, telemarketing, electronic communications, cookie, employment, consumer protection, sanctions, export, anti-bribery, and tax laws.

4. International Data Transfers

By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be transferred to, stored in, accessed from, and processed in the United States and other countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your country. Where required for applicable personal data transfers, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

5. No Legal, Tax, or Compliance Advice

LeadMagic does not provide legal, tax, regulatory, marketing-compliance, transfer impact, or local-law advice. You should consult your own advisors before using the Services in a country, industry, campaign, or workflow with special legal requirements.

6. Taxes, Duties, and Withholding

Prices are exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for VAT, GST, sales tax, use tax, withholding, duties, bank charges, currency conversion costs, and similar governmental or financial charges that apply to your purchase or use of the Services. You may not reduce payments to LeadMagic for withholding or similar taxes unless required by law and supported by documentation reasonably acceptable to LeadMagic.

7. Sanctions and Export Controls

You may not access, use, export, re-export, transfer, or make the Services or outputs available in violation of U.S. sanctions, export control laws, or similar laws. You may not use the Services if you are located in, organized under the laws of, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a sanctioned country, territory, person, or entity, or if your use would require LeadMagic to obtain a government license unless LeadMagic has expressly agreed in writing.

8. Conflicts With Local Law

If any provision of this Notice or our Terms cannot be enforced under applicable local law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Nothing in this Notice limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
